Celebrating its 9th year, Happening Gourmand started last Thursday and will go on until February 7th! It’s easy to find a restaurant to please everyone and the fixed prices are pretty outstanding for the 3-courses offered. Kyo is a favorite of mine, which I covered previously.
La Face Cachée’ Snow Days
Quebec’s most famous cidery opens its doors every weekend this January for an exclusive look at the making of ice cider. The $5 activity includes a visit of the installations (outdoor and indoor) and a tasting of their line of products. I remember getting a pretty good deal on a combination of bottles too on my visit, so that’s a plus 😉
Montréal en Lumière
Montréal en Lumière goes on from February 18th to March 5th. The event is the perfect opportunity to get introduced to fine dining with an array of big name chefs! Just make sure to reserve a table as soon as possible — most nights are sold out by early February.
