Collab evening with Aveleda and C'est beau | Handwork at Biiru Bistro

Monstr This past Tuesday, Aveleda and C’est beau | Handwork invited us to check out the new Monstr 3D piece at Biiru.

This fun installation inspired by wine will be available at Biiru for the whole month of August on the terrace side so stop by to check it out and take a picture in it!


For the occasion, Aveleda served delicious summer cocktails all evening! Even though I have been drinking this vihno verde for years, it never crossed my mind to mix it like they did other than for white sangria.

They were was nice enough to share the recipes with me so here’s my favorite one shown in the picture above (right):

Aveleda Cranberrry Fizz


  • A pinch of rosemary
  • 1⁄2 oz of lemon juice
  • 1⁄2 oz of barley water
  • 2 oz of white cranberry juice
  • 3 oz of Aveleda Vinho Verde


In a shaker, mix all ingredients except the Aveleda. Add ice and shake vigorously 8 to 10 seconds. Strain into a cup. Complete the cocktail with the fresh Aveleda.
